30-Day Returns

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment. Hardware modules must remain unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories included where possible.

No restocking fees apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund processed in 3–5 business days post-inspection.

3-Year Warranty

We warrant our core networked charging assemblies to remain free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for three (3) years from purchase. Covered defects will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

Covers internal communication modules, mechanical relays, and structural casing defects. Proof of purchase is required.

What's Not Covered

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic wear, or external factors such as accidents and extreme weather events.

Installation by an unauthorized non-certified technician automatically voids warranty claims.
Installer Requirements & Code Compliance:To preserve your warranty rights, maintain building insurance policies, and guarantee continuous load safety structures, all SimpliPlug chargers must be installed by a certified electrical contractor. Hardwired installations require dedicated breaker layouts structured around standard continuous load calculations of Canadian Electrical Code regulations.
